Juni 2025<\/strong> tritt das <strong>Barrierefreiheitsst\u00e4rkungsgesetz (BFSG)<\/strong> vollst\u00e4ndig in Kraft. Dieses Gesetz ist mehr als nur eine regulatorische Anforderung \u2013 es ist ein <strong>klarer Auftrag zur digitalen Teilhabe<\/strong> f\u00fcr alle Menschen.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Viele Unternehmen untersch\u00e4tzen bislang: <strong>Das BFSG betrifft nicht nur \u00f6ffentliche Stellen<\/strong>, sondern auch private Unternehmen, die digitale Dienstleistungen oder Verbraucherinformationen bereitstellen.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n<h3 id=\"h-wer-ist-vom-bfsg-betroffen\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udccc Wer ist vom BFSG betroffen?<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Gesetz gilt insbesondere f\u00fcr Unternehmen, die:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Webseiten betreiben, auf denen Produkte, Dienstleistungen oder Informationen f\u00fcr Verbraucher bereitgestellt werden<\/li>\n\n<li>Digitale Kundenportale oder Self-Service-Bereiche anbieten \u2013 z.\u202fB. in den Bereichen <strong>Energie, Telekommunikation oder Versicherungen<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li>Webshops und andere <strong>E-Commerce-Plattformen<\/strong> betreiben<\/li>\n\n<li>Mobile Apps bereitstellen \u2013 z.\u202fB. f\u00fcr <strong>Buchung, Banking, Payment<\/strong> oder <strong>Online-Shopping<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n<h3 id=\"h-was-bedeutet-barrierefreiheit-im-digitalen-raum\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udca1 Was bedeutet Barrierefreiheit im digitalen Raum?<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Barrierefreiheit ist mehr als ein &#8220;nice to have&#8221; oder das reine Funktionieren mit Screenreadern.
